首先介绍了图像降噪的基本思路,其次介绍了非局部均值降噪算法,最后用MATLAB R2008a实现非局部均值降噪算法在不同标准差下的降噪效果,用结构相似度及峰值信噪比评价标准评价该算法,列出它们的图像降噪处理结果及评价准则数据。在此基础上寻找适合人类视觉效果的图像降噪算法。

The article introduces the basic idea of the image denoising research,then describes a non-local means denoise algorithms.Finally,it uses MATLAB R2008a to achieve the noise reduction effect of the non-local mean noise reduction algorithm under the different standard deviation,and assessment this algorithm with structural similarity and peak signal to noise,lists the image denoise processing results and evaluation criteria for data.On this basis,it finds the image denoising algorithm that suitable for human visual system.
