采用SBR(序批式活性污泥法)工艺对德士古气化工艺废水处理,结果表明:在碳、氮、磷比例理想的情况下,达到了既去除有机物又能脱氮的效果。当总停留时间控制在5~9 h、污泥负荷为0.41~0.96 kg BOD5/(kgMLSS.d)时,出水BOD5浓度为0~30 mg/L,去除率达88%~89%;出水COD浓度为10.7~32.2 mg/L,去除率达87%~89%;出水NH3-N浓度为2.83~9.23 mg/L,去除率达95%~97%。

채용SBR(서비식활성오니법)공예대덕사고기화공예폐수처리,결과표명:재탄、담、린비례이상적정황하,체도료기거제유궤물우능탈담적효과。당총정류시간공제재5~9 h、오니부하위0.41~0.96 kg BOD5/(kgMLSS.d)시,출수BOD5농도위0~30 mg/L,거제솔체88%~89%;출수COD농도위10.7~32.2 mg/L,거제솔체87%~89%;출수NH3-N농도위2.83~9.23 mg/L,거제솔체95%~97%。
By the use of Sequencing Batch Reactor(SBR) to deal with the Texaco coal gasification wastewater,the result showed both of the organic and the nitrogen can be well removed with a good proportion of carbon,nitrogen and phosphorus.When the charge of sludge keeps 0.41~0.96 kg BOD5/(kgMLSS·d),with the time of sedimentation 5~9 h,the water concentration of BOD 0~30 mg/L,the removal rate reached 88%~89%,COD removal rate can reach 87%~89%,water concentration of COD was 10.7~32.2 mg/L,as well as the removal rate of ammonia nitrogen was 95%~97% with a concentration of 2.83~9.23 mg/L.
