以蓖麻油、甘油、邻苯二甲酸酐、失水苹果酸酐、松香等为原料,采用硬树脂和交联树脂改性降低氨基醇酸清漆烘干温度,工艺选用溶剂回流法、分段升温、最高酯化温度不超过210℃,制成低温固化氨基用醇酸树脂,再与氨基树脂匹配,可以获得干燥迅速、烘烤温度低的氨基醇酸清漆,该漆具有耗能少、性能优的一种产品,适用于机电、机械、仪表、车辆的涂装。
以蓖痳油、甘油、鄰苯二甲痠酐、失水蘋果痠酐、鬆香等為原料,採用硬樹脂和交聯樹脂改性降低氨基醇痠清漆烘榦溫度,工藝選用溶劑迴流法、分段升溫、最高酯化溫度不超過210℃,製成低溫固化氨基用醇痠樹脂,再與氨基樹脂匹配,可以穫得榦燥迅速、烘烤溫度低的氨基醇痠清漆,該漆具有耗能少、性能優的一種產品,適用于機電、機械、儀錶、車輛的塗裝。

Low drying temperature of amino-alkyd varnish was modified by hard resin and cross-linking resin with castor oil,glycerin,phthalic anhydride,rosinmaleic anhydride and colophony as the main raw materials.Solvent refluxing method,segment heating,and the maximum of esterification temperature below 210 ℃ were chosen as the process of preparing amino-alkyd resin,then matched with amino resin,subsequently quick drying,low baking temperature of amino alkyd varnish was achieved.Due to low energy consumption,excellent performance,this paint was applicable to coatings of mechanical and electrical products,machinery,instruments and vehicle.
