在伏安法测二极管的伏安特性曲线实验中,根据教材特点和学生实际进行适当的拓展,测试了单晶硅太阳能电池在黑暗和恒定光照下的正向伏安特性,分析了太阳能电池的性能参数,对培养学生的创新思维能力有一定帮助.

Inspire and enhance curiosity is the foundation to get desirable teaching effect of college physics experiments.In the diode volt-ampere characteristics measurement experiment,it is very helpful to raise students' innovation ability by making appropriate expansion of teaching according to the circumstances of textbook and students.The forward volt-ampere characteristics of the monocrystalline silicon solar cells were measured in the absence of incident light(dark state) and with incident light.The performance characteristics of the solar cells were calculated and analysied.
