采用反相高效液相色谱法,使用C18柱和紫外检测器,以乙腈和乙酸溶液(体积比60︰40)为流动相,流速为1.0mL/min,在270nm波长下,对咯菌腈进行定量测定。结果表明,咯菌腈的标准偏差为0.028,变异系数为1.13%,平均回收率为99.8%,线性关系为0.999 8。本法具有简便、快速、分离效果好、精密度和准确度高、线性关系好的优点,是较理想的分析方法。

The quantitative analysis method of fludioxonil by HPLC with C18 column at UV 270nm,and the mobile phase of acetonitrile and acetic acid solution(60∶40,by vol)with flow rate of 1.0 mL/min at the same time.The results showed that the standard deviations of fludioxonil was 0.028,the coefficients of variation was 1.13%,the recovery ratios was 99.8%,the linear correlations were 0.999 8.The method has the advantages of convenience,fast speed,good separation,high precision and accuracy,and good linear correlations,is an ideal analysis method.
