目的 探讨严重多发伤院内急救模式的效果.方法 比较2010年6月至2012年6月采用新模式(A组)与传统模式(B组)救治严重多发伤患者急诊术前时间、漏诊、病死率、平均住院天数与并发症情况.结果 A组患者创伤后得到有效救治的时间为(16.8±8.5) ain,B组为(57.2±11.9)min,差异有统计学意义(t=2.66,P＜0.01).A组病死1例(3.4％),致残7例(24.1％);B组病死3例(9.7％),致残16例(51.6％);两组患者的病死率与致残率差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 新急救模式有效提高了严重多发伤患者的救治水平,使患者的病死率和致残率明显降低.

Objective To investigate the effects of the hospital emergency model for the severe multiple injury.Methods The surgery time before emergency surgery,missed,mortality,average length of hospital stay and complications of the patients in our hospital from June 2010 to June 2012 who were given new mode and traditional mode respectively were compared.Results There were statistical significances between the differences of the two groups.The mortality,morbidity of the new mode were significantly lower than those of the traditional model.Conclusion The new rescue mode can effectively improve the level of treatment for severe multiple injury patients,the mortality and morbidity of patients will be significantly reduced.
