“生态体育”教学模式要求学生与自然、社会亲密接触,运用适当的体育教学手段,实现对参与者灵肉的双重历练,并通过汲取大自然的精神与力量,获知一定的社会知识与经验,提高教学效果,培养学生的适应力和生存力.认为“生态体育”教学模式运用到高校体育教学中,能够丰富教学内容与教学模式、实现教学手段的多样化,激发学生学习的积极性,提升大学生的人文素养及心理健康,增强其环保意识.指出在生态环境窘迫的今天,通过高校课程设置积极引导这一新的教学模式走入校园,不失为一种生态教育的积极做法.

The "ecological sports" teaching mode is a intimate contact among student,nature and society, u- sing proper sports teaching method, realizes the double experiences of participants' spirit and body, and by absorb- ing the nature' s strength and spirit, obtaining certain social knowledge and experience, and improving the teaching effect, cultivates students' flexibility and survival force. The "ecological sports" teaching mode is applied to col- lege physical education, will enrich the content of teaching and teaching mode, realize the diversity of the teaching means, arouse the enthusiasm of students' study, promote college students' humane attainments and psychological health, and enhance the consciousness of environmental protection. Today, the ecological environment is in dis- tress, so that by the arrangement can yet be regarded as a kind of of university curriculum actively to guide the new teaching mode into campuses, ecological education's practices.
