通过分析广西区情特点,阐述广西＂十一五＂期间主要污染物排放总量目标的完成情况,指出广西污染物减排中存在的技术和管理问题,并针对广西＂十二五＂期间减排工作将面临的压力与困难,提出相应的对策,以为广西今后的环境保护工作提供参考。

This paper analyzed the situation characteristics of Guangxi,expounded the completion of the aim of total amount control of major pollutant in the Eleventh-Five-Year-Plan period of Guangxi,pointed out the problems of technology and environmental management existing in the Guangxi emissions of pollutants,in the light of the pressure and difficulties,which Guangxi reduction work in the Twelfth-Five-Year-Plan period would facing,the author put forward the corresponding countermeasures,and provided the reference for the future environmental protection work in Guangxi.
