针对广泛使用的TDCS和CTC调度集中系统,为电务维护部门设计实现了一套实时监视和检测CTC/TDCS系统设备运行状况的"运行维护管理系统",能够及时了解系统中各个设备及网络通道的运转情况,并能记录相关数据,以便对故障进行跟踪和预测。论述了这一系统的实现原理及系统结构,重点描述了软件设计思路和技术策略。

The operation and maintenance management system for CTC/TDCS system equipment was designed to achieve a real-time monitoring and detection of the operating conditions of the equipment widely used by the department of CS maintenance.This system can master the operation of each device and the network channel in the system and record relevant data in order to conduct fault tracking and forecasting.This paper discusses the realization of the principle of this system and system architecture,focusing on the description of software design and technology strategy.
