高师院校学生实践能力的培养是一项系统工程。高师院校学生实践能力培养的系统整合模式,应将系统的目标要素、管理要素、内容要素和形式要素进行有机整合。根据社会对人才培养的需求,充分应用“加强理论、突出技能、拓展素质、注重创新、强化实践、完善评价”的管理策略,构建四年全程培养的“五模块十环节”实践教学体系,实现“理论与实践、校内与校外、课内与课外、教学与研究”的统一。
