合成香兰素缩邻甲苯胺及其铜配合物,对合成的物质进行了表征,并采用滤纸片扩散法测定配体和配合物对黑曲霉、木霉、立枯丝核菌、尖镰孢菌黄瓜专化型四种菌种的抑菌作用,实验结果表明:配体和配合物对这四种菌的生长都有一定的抑制作用,其中配体和配合物对黑曲霉具有较强的抑制作用。
閤成香蘭素縮鄰甲苯胺及其銅配閤物,對閤成的物質進行瞭錶徵,併採用濾紙片擴散法測定配體和配閤物對黑麯黴、木黴、立枯絲覈菌、尖鐮孢菌黃瓜專化型四種菌種的抑菌作用,實驗結果錶明:配體和配閤物對這四種菌的生長都有一定的抑製作用,其中配體和配閤物對黑麯黴具有較彊的抑製作用。

The Schiff base condensed from vanillin(3-methoxy-4-hydroxy-benzaldeyde) with o-Toluidine and its complexe of Cu(II) was synthesized.The experiment used filter paper method to determine two compounds inhibitory action with aspergillus,trichoderma viride,rhizoctonia solani,tip of fusarium cucumber specially type.The results showed that the complexes had certain bacteriostatic action for bacteria at different concentration levels,and the had good biological performance,especially to aspergillus.
