通过用5KD和10KD分子量超滤膜对清开灵注射液的精制终端＂八混液＂进行超滤,分析2个级别超滤膜对产品含量成分等影响。实验结果显示：10KD分子量终端超滤可用于清开灵注射液终端超滤,有益于产品质量提高;用5KD分子量对清开灵注射液进行终端超滤,损失含量较大,色泽浅,有关检验项目指标难以控制在标准范围内,有待于进一步实验研究。

The refined terminal ＂BaHunYe＂ of QingKailing injection was ultrafiltrater by 5KD and 10KD ultrafiltration membranes and analyzes the effect on content components of the two grades ultrafiltration membranes.The results indicated：10KD ultrafiltration membranes can be used in terminal ultrafiltration of QingKailing injection,it is beneficial to improve product quality;but 5KD ultrafiltration membranes will loss more content,the colour and lustre looks shallow,and the indexes of relevant inspection items are difficult to control within specifications,needs to a further studied.
