采用问卷法对370名本科生进行调查,考察本科生幸福感与心理资本的特点、影响因素及其二者的关系。研究结果发现：本科生幸福感处于平衡状态,其心理资本态势发展良好;不同生源地、年级本科生幸福感与心理资本存在一定的差异;家庭经济状况是影响本科生心理资本的重要因素;幸福感与心理资本之间存在显著相关性。
採用問捲法對370名本科生進行調查,攷察本科生倖福感與心理資本的特點、影響因素及其二者的關繫。研究結果髮現：本科生倖福感處于平衡狀態,其心理資本態勢髮展良好;不同生源地、年級本科生倖福感與心理資本存在一定的差異;傢庭經濟狀況是影響本科生心理資本的重要因素;倖福感與心理資本之間存在顯著相關性。

Based on the sampling of 370 undergraduates,the characteristics,influencing factors and their relationships of students＇ well-being and psychological capital were explored.The results showed that： students＇ well-being reached equilibrium state,and their psychological capital developed well;there were significant differences among students with different source place or grades on both well-being and psychological capital;family economic status was an important factor to influence students＇ psychological capital;there were significant correlations between students＇ well-being and psychological capital.
