Fluorine was a unique element,which was wildely used in many fields,and it made materials and chemical merchandises contained fluorine element more excellent performances,so it was fundamental to research fluorine generating.Several technologies of fluorine preparing were introduced,such as fluorine generated by electrolysis cells,chemical method or plasma.Meanwhile,characteristics and process of these technologies were analyzed.The application of fluorine was reviewed.
