采用薄层扫描法同时测定N4-脱一氧乙酰甲喹及3-甲基-2-乙酰基-喹喔啉(脱二氧乙酰甲喹)的含量。试验采用甲醇为溶剂对N4-脱一氧乙酰甲喹及脱二氧乙酰甲喹进行溶解,以石油醚-乙酸乙酯(6∶1)为展开剂上行展开;以瑞士卡玛IV型扫描仪,采用单波长吸收扫描法,λ=254 nm。结果表明:以扫描所得峰面积积分计算,N4-脱一氧乙酰甲喹及脱二氧乙酰甲喹的线性范围均为0.092~0.736μg(r≥0.985)。该方法适用于大规模样品中N4-脱一氧乙酰甲喹及脱二氧乙酰甲喹含量初筛。

The paper determined simultaneously 3-methyl-2-acetyl-quinoxaline and 4-desoxymequindox.Methanol was used as solvent.Linear ascending development was carried out with petroleum ether:ethyl acetate(6∶1)at room temperature.Camag TLC scanner IV was used for spectrodensitometric scanning and analysis in absorbance mode at 254 nm.The results showed that the data for calibration plots showed good linear relationship with r≥0.985 in the concentration range of 0.092 μg to 0.736 μg with respect to peak area.This method was suitable for screening large-scale sample containing 3-methyl-2-acetyl-quinoxaline and 4-desoxymequindox.
