针对分水岭分割算法易产生过分割的问题,提出了一种改进的算法。通过灰度差变换对图像进行处理,然后用形态学方法消除细胞孔洞和杂质,最后再使用分水岭变换。实验结果表明：该算法比传统分水岭分割算法更准确,且具有一定的通用性。

In order to overcome the over-segmentation for the watershed,an improved algorithm is proposed in this paper.The algorithm first executes the gray lever difference transformation and mathematical morphologic methods,and then operates the watershed algorithm.Experiment results have shown that the proposed algorithm is more accurate,and it has a certain generality in the application.
