分别采用苯胺(ANI)和3-氟苯胺(FANI)为聚合单体,十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)为乳化剂,过硫酸铵(APS)为氧化剂,通过半连续乳液聚合合成聚苯胺和氟化聚苯胺,并对PANI和PFANI聚合物表面形态和润湿性进行了分析。实验发现,合成的氟化聚苯胺呈直径为100nm左右分布极为分散的粒状微球,其乳液的稳定性明显强于PANI乳液。PFANI由于具有低表面能的含氟基团的存在,具有良好的疏水性能。
分彆採用苯胺(ANI)和3-氟苯胺(FANI)為聚閤單體,十二烷基硫痠鈉(SDS)為乳化劑,過硫痠銨(APS)為氧化劑,通過半連續乳液聚閤閤成聚苯胺和氟化聚苯胺,併對PANI和PFANI聚閤物錶麵形態和潤濕性進行瞭分析。實驗髮現,閤成的氟化聚苯胺呈直徑為100nm左右分佈極為分散的粒狀微毬,其乳液的穩定性明顯彊于PANI乳液。PFANI由于具有低錶麵能的含氟基糰的存在,具有良好的疏水性能。

Polyaniline and polyfluoroaniline have been synthesized by semi-continuous emulsion polymerization using twelve alkyl ammonium sodium(SDS),ammonium persulfate(APS),aniline(ANI) and 3-fluoroaniline(FANI),respectively.The morphology and properties of polyaniline and polyfluoroaniline were investigated by TGA,FTIR,SEM and contact angles measurement.Experimental results demonstrated that,the particle size of nanospherical PFANI is about 100 nm and present free self-aggregate.Moreover,the stability of PFANI emulsion was higher than that of PANI emulsion significantly.It was also found that the PFANI film prepared was very hydrophobic and exhibited excellent water repellency,due to the present of C-F group.
