针对脉冲式接口数控系统的特点,提出一种基于DSP+FPGA硬件架构的外挂式同步控制卡,确定脉冲接口双轴同步控制的总体方案,给出双轴同步控制装置的硬软件设计及实现,并建立脉冲接口双轴驱动同步控制实验平台,进行了相关的实验研究。实验结果显示:同步控制卡能有效提高平行双轴间的同步性能。
針對脈遲式接口數控繫統的特點,提齣一種基于DSP+FPGA硬件架構的外掛式同步控製卡,確定脈遲接口雙軸同步控製的總體方案,給齣雙軸同步控製裝置的硬軟件設計及實現,併建立脈遲接口雙軸驅動同步控製實驗平檯,進行瞭相關的實驗研究。實驗結果顯示:同步控製卡能有效提高平行雙軸間的同步性能。

Dual-axis drive technology has been widely applied to large or heavy gantry CNC machine tools,however synchronization performance plays an important role in the precision and safety of machine tools.In this paper,an independent synchronous control card was proposed based on DSP + FPGA hardware architecture for widely used CNC system with pulsed interface,and its software and hardware were designed and developed.The dual-axis drive synchronous control experimental platform with pulsed interface was established,and experiment results show that the synchronous control card can effectively improve synchronization performance between the parallel dual-axis.
