高铁在中国的超常规发展以及高铁旅游城市圈和城市带的形成,对我国旅行社的发展产生重要的影响。文章分析了高铁时代旅行社面临的机遇,即出游人数增多,为旅行社提供了广阔的潜在市场空间;为旅行社开发更多、更深层次的旅游线路,提供了重要先决条件;出境组团旅行社将会迎来客源的增长;旅行社旅游淡季的状况将得到改善。同时指出旅行社还将面临着挑战,即游客对旅行社的依赖减少;多数旅行社开发新旅游产品和线路是心有余而力不足;旅行社航空票务代理业务收入将受到冲击;旅行社的服务接待能力遭遇全面的考验。对此,文章提出了相应的发展对策和建议,即构建垂直分工体系势在必行;围绕高铁设计和开发旅游产品;旅游社的接待能力需不断加强,尤其是加强对导游人员的管理和培训。

The extraordinary development of China＇s high speed railway and the formation of high speed railway＇s tourism city circle and city belt have a significant impact on China＇s travel agencies.The article analyzes the opportunities of travel agencies in the age of the high speed railway： the increasing number of travelers provides broad and potential market space for the travel agencies;the high speed railway provides important prerequisites for travel agencies to develop more and deeper tourist routes;the outbound travel bureaus will have the growth of potential customers;the condition of low season will be improved.At the same time,the article points out the challenges that travel agencies will confront：the visitors will reduce their dependence on travel agencies;most travel agencies which develop new tourism products and lines will feel difficult and beyond their ability;the travel agencies＇s income of air ticketing business will be affected;the service reception capacity will encounter comprehensive tests.Thus,the paper proposes the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions：it＇s imperative to build the vertical division system;the travel agencies should revolve around the high speed railway to design and develop tourism products.The reception capacity should be improved,especially we should strengthen the management and training to the guides.
