采用分光光度法测定了土壤中的可交换态铁,考察了影响可交换态铁萃取率的主要因素(提取剂浓度、pH值、提取时间等)。结果显示,所选土样中可交换态铁含量水平在0.096~0.116g/g范围内,加标回收率为98.9%~100.4%。

The exchangeable iron in soil was determined by spectrophotometer method.The conditions that effected the extraction efficiency were investigated,including the concentration of extraction solution,pH value and extraction time.The results indicated that the level of the exchangeable iron in soil was ranged from 0.096 to 0.116 g/g with the spiked recovery ranging 98.9%~100.4%.
