Based on the podium building engineering practice of the university office building in Xingtai, the paper studies the post grouting technology principles of the large diameter bored pile, and specifically introduces the bottom pile grouting procedure, grouting parameter selec- tion, grouting attentions and effects as well, and finally obtains some guiding conclusions.
