Combining the construction experience in No.1 and No.2 Tunnels of Mowan along the expressway around Lvliang in Shanxi,the paper mainly illustrates the construction craft for entering the portal and its construction procedure of the loess tunnel under the special terrain condition,solves many difficulties in the entering portal construction of the loess tunnel under the special terrain condition,and seeks for the ideas of the "Three Combinations" technical measures to maximize the engineering profits with the premise of ensuring the safety and quality and guarantee the construction period.
