从党内到党外、从党员到村民、从全党到全民。历时1年的深入学习实践科学发展观集中教育活动刚刚结收，宜昌市夷陵区借鉴学习实践活动经验，以培育现代新型农民为目标，以贯彻落实科学发展观为主题，在部分农村中开始了农民教育试点活动。

From within the party to the non-party, from party members to the villagers, the whole party to all the people, lasted one year in-depth study and practice the scientific concept of development focused educational campaign just ended, Yiling Disuict ot Yichang City learned from experience in practice, in order to cultivate modem new farmers as the goal, to implement the scientific concept of development as the theme, in some rural areas, carry out farmers＇ education pilot activities.
