介绍因工艺空气冷却器塔盘故障,在分子筛吸附器切换时空气气流波动大、工艺空气冷却器工作效率下降,导致空气吸附温度升高甚至将水带入分子筛吸附器,引起相关工艺指标异常,给空分装置的操作带来风险。在经过系统的分析、摸索、判断、总结,并制定相应的操作方案,最终将这一操作瓶颈彻底解决。

The process tray failure of air cooler was introduced.Because of switching on molecular sieve adsorber for air flow fluctuation and low efficiency of process air coolers,adsorption air temperatures rose even drove water into molecular sieve adsorber and caused related process index exception,which brought a risk of air separation unit operation.Through system analysis,trial,judgment,and summary,appropriate action programmes were developed to solve this bottleneck.
