建立了快速测定饮料中甜蜜素的高效液相色谱方法。甜蜜素(环己基氨基磺酸钠)在强酸性环境中与次氯酸钠反应,生成N,N-二氯环己胺,后者在紫外区具有较大吸收,用正己烷进行萃取后经过高效液相色谱分离,314 nm检测定量。结果表明:Shim-pack VP-ODS(4.6 mm×150 mm);流动相为乙腈∶超纯水97∶3;流速1.0 mL/min;柱温30℃;检测波长314 nm;进样量20μL,食品中的安赛蜜、苯甲酸钠、山梨酸等不影响测定。甜蜜素含量在2~600μg/mL之间时,呈现良好的线性关系,相关系数为0.9979,加标回收率为97.24%~104.09%。

A rapid determination method of sodium cyclamate in foods by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)was established.N,N-Dichlorocyclohexylamine was produced by sodium cyclamate with sodium hypochlorite in a strong acid environment and extracted with n-hexane,which had higher UV response.The results showed that a Shim-pack VP-ODS C18 column was 4.6 mm×150 mm and VCH3CN:VH2O was 97:3,the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min and the detection wavelength was 314 nm with injection volume 20 μL in the HPLC system.The determination was not affected by acesulfame potassium,sodium benzoate,and sorbic acid.The calibration curve was linear over the range 2 μg/mL~600 μg/mL with a correlation coefficient of 0.9979,the recovery was 97.24%~104.09%.
