采用种子乳液聚合技术与预乳化工艺,合成了具有核/壳结构的苯丙乳液。试验了单体配比,乳化体系,温度控制,乳化单体滴加程序等工艺条件对核/壳苯丙乳液性能、质量的影响,得到了聚合工艺稳定,综合性能良好的核/壳苯丙乳液。
採用種子乳液聚閤技術與預乳化工藝,閤成瞭具有覈/殼結構的苯丙乳液。試驗瞭單體配比,乳化體繫,溫度控製,乳化單體滴加程序等工藝條件對覈/殼苯丙乳液性能、質量的影響,得到瞭聚閤工藝穩定,綜閤性能良好的覈/殼苯丙乳液。
채용충자유액취합기술여예유화공예,합성료구유핵/각결구적분병유액。시험료단체배비,유화체계,온도공제,유화단체적가정서등공예조건대핵/각분병유액성능、질량적영향,득도료취합공예은정,종합성능량호적핵/각분병유액。
The core-shell structured styrene-acrylic emulsion was synthesized with the seed emulsion polymerization technology and pre-emulsification process.The influence factors of processing conditions,the ratio of monomers,emulsifier,reaction temperature,emulsified monomers procedures on core/shell acrylic emulsion performance and quality were studied.Stable polymerization process and good overall performance of core-shell styrene-acrylic emulsion were achieved.
