Contents and effectives of the new technology of rush dyed earth fixation were introduced emphatically.Problems and solutions of the new technology promotion and application in rush processing industries were analyzed.The analysis showed that the new technology of rush dyed earth fixation was with technological innovation and social welfare in decreasing the cost of fixing,reducing dust concentration effectively and improving workers＇ operating environment.At the meantime,it could be deduced that government policy incentives,industry association guide and demonstration bases established were the effective ways to promote the new technology early and large-scale application ultimately by analyzing the characteristics of the rush planting and processing,enterprise cognitive processes for the new technology and risk-bearing capacity.
