In order to accelerate the speed of track and field competition arrangement,this paper makes in-depth study on the Excel macro function and application.The research result and practice shows that the application of Excel macro will greatly improve the track and field competition arrangement efficiency,accelerate the order list preparation,so that the original time consuming 2-3D to need only 2-3H,and improve the efficiency of 10 times.
