通过改变反应时间、反应温度、一氯乙酸与β-环糊精物质的量配比来合成羧甲基-β-环糊精,测定目标产物的取代度,实验结果表明：一氯乙酸物质与β-环糊精的物质的量配比为9∶1、反应温度为60℃、反应时间4 h的条件下,是合成羧甲基-β-环糊精的最佳反应条件。
통과개변반응시간、반응온도、일록을산여β-배호정물질적량배비래합성최갑기-β-배호정,측정목표산물적취대도,실험결과표명：일록을산물질여β-배호정적물질적량배비위9∶1、반응온도위60℃、반응시간4 h적조건하,시합성최갑기-β-배호정적최가반응조건。
By changing the reaction time,reaction temperature,monochloroacetic acid and β-cyclodextrin molar ratio to the synthesis of carboxymethyl-β-cyclodextrin,and then measure the degree of substitution for product.The results showed the monochloroacetic acid β-cyclodextrin material and the amount of substance ratio of 9∶1,reaction temperature was 60 ℃,reaction time 4 h conditions,the synthesis of carboxymethyl-β-cyclodextrin the optimal reaction conditions.
