By strengthening the reform of the chemical industrial practice and the base construction,establishing the production-study-research cooperation demonstration base,changing the examining way,and fully evoking student＇s enthusiasm,we can not only enhance the cultivation of students＇ engineering consciousness and explore the cultivation model of entrepreneurial talents of science who serve local areas.The paper puts forward some pieces of advice on the chemical industrial practice of the chemistry specialty in normal colleges and universities from the aspects of the importance of the chemical industrial practice,the establishment of the base of the chemical industrial practice and the examining way.And it also carries out some beneficial discussion on how to improve the chemical industrial practice.
