通过对建筑物雷电防护系统安全情况的调查分析.建立因建筑物雷电防护系统失效导致人身和财产损失的事故树。通过对事故树进行逻辑分析,得出雷击建筑物后可能导致人身伤亡损失的事故树最小割集,以及建筑物雷电防护系统的安全薄弱环节,指出针对重要“基本事件”应该采取的防护措施。

Establish fault tree of loss of damage of property caused by failure of life buil ding lightning protection system through investigation and analysis of sofety status of building lightning protection system. Minimal cut set of fault tree of casualty and damage of property that might be caused by lightning strike of building and safety weak link of building lightning protection system have been found through logic analysis of fault tree, and protection measures aim at important "elementary event" should be taken in the system are proposed.
