对系统的总体结构进行了设计,并基于此结构,根据器材管理信息和业务流程,选择了合理的硬件和软件平台,运用软件工程原理和面向对象的设计思想,采用网络技术、Oracle数据库和容错技术,实现了对系统的功能模块、软界面和数据库的设计。系统的研究严格遵循军用软件开发规范,整个软件开发过程规范化、系统化、工程化,保证了系统的实用性、先进性、可靠性和安全性。测试结果也充分表明,该系统基本能满足系统的功能要求和设计要求。

The total structure of the system is designed. And based on the structure, according to the equipment management information and operation process and software and hardware platform, the design of function modules, soft interface and database of system are achieved with software engineering theory and object oriented design idea. And network technique, Oracle database and error acceptance technique are used in the process. It followed the military software developing criterion strictly in the system development, which ensures the system's practicability, reliability and security. The testing result shows that the system basically satisfied with system function and design de-mand.
