The iron ore in Hubei province is chlorite type magnetite ore,dissemination size of this iron ore is fine and grade is only 12.69%,iron concentrate grade is hard above 60% by using single magnetic separation method.Through experiment of stage grinding-low intensity magnetic separation-reverse flotation process was done on this magnetite,iron concentrate of grade 63.72% and recovery rate 42.48% were obtained,provided reference for development and utilization of this kind of iron ore resource.
