The paper points out the development of the green ecological residential area has obvious social and economic effect, analyzes the fea- sibility of the development of the green ecological residential area by taking Qinhuangdao of Hebei as the example, illustrates the planning design ideas for the green ecological residential area in Qinhuangdao, and points out some suggestions for the program, so as to direct the practice.
