对目前市售几种规格的脂肪酸甲酯磺酸钠(MES)产品进行了对比,提出了衣用液体洗涤剂配方和生产技术对MES产品的技术要求。研究了MES在衣用液体洗涤剂中与LAS、AES等其他类型表面活性剂复配对体系去污力、泡沫性能、稳定性以及储存过程中二钠盐含量变化的影响。结果表明,在衣用液体洗涤剂配方体系中,MES与LAS复配去污性能增效明显,与LAS+AES复配有一定的去污增效作用,而与AES复配没有增效作用。随复配体系中MES加量的增加,洗衣液泡沫下降,随储存时间的延长和储存温度的升高,产品中二钠盐含量增加。
對目前市售幾種規格的脂肪痠甲酯磺痠鈉(MES)產品進行瞭對比,提齣瞭衣用液體洗滌劑配方和生產技術對MES產品的技術要求。研究瞭MES在衣用液體洗滌劑中與LAS、AES等其他類型錶麵活性劑複配對體繫去汙力、泡沫性能、穩定性以及儲存過程中二鈉鹽含量變化的影響。結果錶明,在衣用液體洗滌劑配方體繫中,MES與LAS複配去汙性能增效明顯,與LAS+AES複配有一定的去汙增效作用,而與AES複配沒有增效作用。隨複配體繫中MES加量的增加,洗衣液泡沫下降,隨儲存時間的延長和儲存溫度的升高,產品中二鈉鹽含量增加。

The qualities of different MES in domestic market were compared,and the technical qualifications of MES used in laundry liquid formulations were indicated.The influence of MES,formulated with typical laundry surfactants like LAS and AES,on the properties of mixed system such as the detergency,foaming performance,product stability and the variety of disodium salt concentration during storage was studied.As a result,it was found that MES has obviously synergistic effect on the detergency of mixed system of MES and LAS as laundry liquid,while limited synergistic effect was found in the mixed system of MES and LAS+AES.As for AES,no synergistic effect was observed in the mixed system.As the proportion of MES in the mixture increased,the foam reduced.The concentration of disodium salt increased on the conditions of high temperature and long storage time.
