对萘气相催化氧化制备1,4-萘醌反应装置进行放大,采用该装置测试催化剂的性能,结果表明增大催化剂颗粒和改变催化剂表面酸碱性可使催化剂对1,4-萘醌选择性提高15%左右,改变催化剂构型,制备瓷环催化剂,可有效改善催化剂性能,降低放大效应。
對萘氣相催化氧化製備1,4-萘醌反應裝置進行放大,採用該裝置測試催化劑的性能,結果錶明增大催化劑顆粒和改變催化劑錶麵痠堿性可使催化劑對1,4-萘醌選擇性提高15%左右,改變催化劑構型,製備瓷環催化劑,可有效改善催化劑性能,降低放大效應。

Equipment of preparation of 1,4-naphthoquinone is scaled up and catalyst is tested with it,the result shows that larger catalyst particles and changing its surface alkalescence can make the selectivity of 1,4-naphthoquinone increases by 15% on average,moreover,the catalyst's performance could be improved by change its configuration and perpare porcelain ring catalyst,so it can reduce the effect of scaling-up equipment.
