水性聚氨酯(WPU)广泛应用于建筑、涂料、电气绝缘及国防等领域,但是由于WPU制备过程中会引入亲水基团,导致其耐水耐油性、耐化学品性、耐候性等不如人意,需对其进行改性。本文对WPU的最新改性方法,如有机硅改性、有机氟改性、丙烯酸酯改性、环氧树脂改性、纳米无机材料改性等进行了综述,并对WPU改性研究方向进行了展望。
水性聚氨酯(WPU)廣汎應用于建築、塗料、電氣絕緣及國防等領域,但是由于WPU製備過程中會引入親水基糰,導緻其耐水耐油性、耐化學品性、耐候性等不如人意,需對其進行改性。本文對WPU的最新改性方法,如有機硅改性、有機氟改性、丙烯痠酯改性、環氧樹脂改性、納米無機材料改性等進行瞭綜述,併對WPU改性研究方嚮進行瞭展望。

Waterborne polyurethane(WPU) had a widely application in the field such as construction,coatings,electrical insulation and defense.However,the special performance of the waterborne polyurethane can not meet the needs of most user duing to the introduction of hydrophilic groups in the synthesis of the polyurethane.Many attention has been paid to improve the water and oil resistance,chemical resistance,weather resistance of WPU.Several modification methods for waterborne polyurethane,including organosilicone modification,organofluorine modification,acrylate modification,epoxy resin modification and nano-material modification WPU,are summarized.And the future development trend of modified WPU is expected.
