The forming quality of hemispherical parts of stainless steel is poor because of its high strength, high hardness and difficulty to edge pressing, the drawing is extremely easy to wrinkle. Determine the optimum process and design the drawing die which is used to manufacture the hemispherical parts on the hydraulic press based on analyzing the stainless steel performance and the drawing forming techniques, effectively prevent wrinkling of the parts and increase the rate of qualified products.
