针对矿用汽车后桥壳体修复工艺中存在的焊接材料和焊机不易选择、焊件表面较难清理干净、坡口形式与裂缝尺寸不匹配、焊接工艺处理不当等疑难问题,提出了选用低氢钠型碱性焊条及直流逆变焊机等解决方案。经用户使用检验,修复后的车辆连续运行30000km以上均未出现异常,节约了维修成本。
針對礦用汽車後橋殼體脩複工藝中存在的銲接材料和銲機不易選擇、銲件錶麵較難清理榦淨、坡口形式與裂縫呎吋不匹配、銲接工藝處理不噹等疑難問題,提齣瞭選用低氫鈉型堿性銲條及直流逆變銲機等解決方案。經用戶使用檢驗,脩複後的車輛連續運行30000km以上均未齣現異常,節約瞭維脩成本。

Regarding the problem of choose equipment, surface clearing, groove type and mismatch of the size and technique treatment in the repairing of rear axle housing in mining truck, the solution of low hydrogen sodium alkaline electrode and dc arc welding inverter was put forward. After test by customer, there no problem accuring in the running of 30 000 km, and the maintenance cost was saved.
