The paper illustrates the necessity of training undergraduate compound talents in public management,makes a comparative analysis of the general and strengthening minor model in training talents.Taking the strengthening minor model of public management in Chu Kochen Honors College of Zhejiang University as an example,the paper explores the innovation and advantages of strengthening minor model-secondary recruitment attracts excellent students in the whole university,integrates high-quality teaching resources,focuses on case teaching,independent class system trains students＇ practical ability.Another characteristic of strengthening minor model for training compound talents in public management is emphasis on identifying students,paying attention to innovating the way of teaching curriculum,and stressing on the ability of practical application.
