近年来中职学生的综合素质下降已是不容忽视的问题,如何将目前中职学生培养成合格的国家需要的技能性人才,是职业教育改革面临的重要课题。在对中职护生的培养规程中,可通过分层教学、深化课堂教学改革、创新课程体系、打造创新型教师队伍、加强校园文化建设等途径培养技能型人才。
근년래중직학생적종합소질하강이시불용홀시적문제,여하장목전중직학생배양성합격적국가수요적기능성인재,시직업교육개혁면림적중요과제。재대중직호생적배양규정중,가통과분층교학、심화과당교학개혁、창신과정체계、타조창신형교사대오、가강교완문화건설등도경배양기능형인재。
Currently the general declining of the overall qualities of the vocational students in secondary education has already been a problem that cannot be ignored.how can we cultivate these secondary vocational students into the qualified personnel of skillful type needed by the country？ This is the common responsibility and a main task for the vocational education reforms in China.through a large amount of investigation and research among the students in Huangshan vocational and technical college,we think it can be realized by level—dividing teaching,deepening the teaching reforms in class,innovating the educational courses system,focusing on the faculty training,and building-up the construction of the campus culture etc.
