通过对综合评价技术和系统理论的研究，结合建筑业和中小建筑施工企业的特点，建立了中小建筑施工企业综合评价指标体系．该指标体系由生产技术能力、管理能力、财务状况、发展能力和企业信誉5个方面构成，最后建立了中小建筑施工企业综合评价的计算模型．
通過對綜閤評價技術和繫統理論的研究，結閤建築業和中小建築施工企業的特點，建立瞭中小建築施工企業綜閤評價指標體繫．該指標體繫由生產技術能力、管理能力、財務狀況、髮展能力和企業信譽5箇方麵構成，最後建立瞭中小建築施工企業綜閤評價的計算模型．
통과대종합평개기술화계통이론적연구，결합건축업화중소건축시공기업적특점，건립료중소건축시공기업종합평개지표체계．해지표체계유생산기술능력、관리능력、재무상황、발전능력화기업신예5개방면구성，최후건립료중소건축시공기업종합평개적계산모형．
Based on the researching in technologies of comprehensive evaluation and systems theory, and combined with the characteristics of construction industry and small and medium - sized construction enterprises, we established the comprehensive evaluation index system of small and medium - sized construction enterprises, which is consists of five parts, they are production and technology capability, management capability, financial situation, development capacity and corporate reputation. Finally, we established the calculation model of comprehensive evaluation of small and medium - sized construction enterprises.
