以聚丙烯腈(PAN)为原料,通过静电纺丝技术制备PAN纳米纤维,经过预氧化过程和高温碳化过程制备碳纳米纤维(CNFs).在整个制备过程的不同阶段取样,进行跟踪检测,采用场发射扫描电镜(FESEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)、红外光谱和拉曼光谱来研究它们的相结构和形态,获得CNFs制备过程中的微观变化.

Carbon nanofibers (CNFs) were prepared by the stabilization and carbonization of polyacrylonitrile (PAN) nanofibers which were obtained by electrostatic spinning technique. The carbon nanofibers under different temperatures were characterized by scanning electron microscopy, FT - IR, XRD, Raman, respectively. The activation of the surface of CNFs and several of functional groups growth on CNFs were obtained.
