Blisk leave out the rabbet, tenon' s groove and tightening equipment, therefore it effectively avoids the rabbet' s air current loss and reduces weight of structure of the aero engine and number of machine part. In order to replace it to make the blisk, the advanced welding technology is adopted, electron beam welding and the heat source model is summarized in this paper.
