针对目前综采工作面供液系统存在自动化程度低,耗能以及机械磨损大等问题,采用变频传动与PLC技术相结合的方式,设计了一套恒压供液控制系统,编制了相应程序,采取了抗干扰措施。该系统经井下调试,取得了良好的效果。

The problems of feed hydraulic system at fully mechanized coal face include low automation,large energy cost and machine worn.The constant feed hydraulic control system is designed based on frequency transmission and PLC.The relevant programme is programmed and the anti-interference measures are adopted.By underground coal mine test,the system gains good effect.
