电缆载流量问题是缆线工程设计的关键点,它对内关系到汇流母线安全问题与电能质量问题,对外关系到用电负荷问题与供电系统稳定问题。目前,电力电缆载流量可通过解析计算,数值计算,以及载流量试验等三种方法获得,其中数值计算以电缆温度场为依据,接近实际边界条件,计算的结果较准确,但数学模型及计算过程较复杂;解析计算主要是基于IEC标准和NM理论,适用于简单电缆系统和边界条件,具有载流量直接计算的优点;载流量试验成本大、周期长,一般只做为验证性特例使用。针对基于数值计算与解析计算的电缆载流量与电缆温度场的关系进行了计算机仿真分析,结果表明:电缆载流量过度增加引发的温度升高,对电力电缆的寿命影响极大。

Current carrying capacity of cable is the key point of cabling design since it is related to safety of bus rod and quality of power supply internally and related to load of power supply and reliability of supply system externally.At present,current carrying capacity of cable can be obtained by analytic calculation,numerical calculation and experiment on current carrying capacity etc.Among three calculations,analytic calculation is mainly based on IEC standard and NM theory,which is suitable for simple cable system and boundary condition and owns the advantage of direct calculation.Conducts computer simulation analysis for the relationship between current carrying capacity of cable and temperature field based on analytic calculation.After verification experiments,points out that: temperature rise caused by too much increase of current carrying capacity will greatly influence the life span of power cable.
