通过对中宁县域经济发展现状分析,目前制约县域经济发展的主要问题表现在思想观念落后、产业结构不合理、城镇化发展水平低、引资融资困难等问题,为解决这些问题,提出了加快中宁县县域经济发展的对策,主要采取克服行政区划的制约,应率先彻底取消县级城市的户口限制,完善县域经济发展机制,大力调整产业结构,转变政府职能,建立奖惩机制等对策和措施。

An analysis on the regional economic development of Zhongning County shows that the major problems restricting the economic development of this county are ideas that cannot keep up with the times,unreasonable industrial structures,low-level urbanization and difficulties in attracting investment and financing.To solve these problems,some measures to quicken the regional economic development are proposed,overcoming the restrictions of administrative regional divisions,completely cancelling the restrictions of county level residence registration,improving the economic development mechanism to adjust the industrial structures and transform the government functions and establishing incentive mechanisms.
