对“黑土滩”退化草地上种植生长第5年的青海草地早熟禾（Poapratensis姒Qirtghai）人工草地进行围栏封育，封育期为5年，以冷季放牧利用的青海草地早熟禾人工草地为对照，分析土壤种子库特征。结果表明：禁牧封育使5龄青海草地早熟禾人工草地土壤种子库的物种数、密度、土壤种子库潜存群落的稳定性和放牧利用价值均有所降低，而土壤种子库潜存群落的物种多样性相对提高。
대“흑토탄”퇴화초지상충식생장제5년적청해초지조숙화（Poapratensis사Qirtghai）인공초지진행위란봉육，봉육기위5년，이랭계방목이용적청해초지조숙화인공초지위대조，분석토양충자고특정。결과표명：금목봉육사5령청해초지조숙화인공초지토양충자고적물충수、밀도、토양충자고잠존군락적은정성화방목이용개치균유소강저，이토양충자고잠존군락적물충다양성상대제고。
Enclosure management on the growth of planted fifth year of Poa pratensis cv. Qinghai cultured grassland growing on Black Soil Beach for 5 years, the characteristics of soil seed bank were studied with Poa pratensis cv. Qinghai cultured grassland which was grazed in cold season ＂as controlgroup. The results showed that： Enclosure measures made the species and density of the growth of planted fifth year of Poa pratensis cv. Qinghai cultured grassland reducing, the stability and grazing use value of protencial community of soil seed bank were reduced, the species diversity of protencial community of soil seed bank increased.
