通过热老化烘箱法、动态热稳定性试验和刚果红法研究了液体钙锌(液体Ca/Zn)热稳定剂中钙锌质量比、亚磷酸-苯二异辛酯(PDOP)与环氧大豆油(ESO)质量比和水滑石(LDHs)对PVC热稳定性的影响;同时采用紫外可见分光光度计、热重分析仪检测LDHs对PVC透明性和稳定性的影响。实验结果表明:当Ca/Zn质量比为2:1、PDOP与ESO质量比为2:3时,协同效应显著,综合热稳定性优异;LDHs的加入能提高PVC透明度,改善了PVC长期热稳定性。

Researching the effect of mass ratio of Ca/Zn in liquid calcum/Zinc heat stabilizer,mass ratio of diisooctyl phenyl phosphite(PDOP) and epoxidized soybean oil(ESO) and layered double hydroxides(LDHs) on the thermal stability of PVC by air oven aging method,dynamic thermal stability test and Congo red method;The effect of LDHs on the transparency and thermal stability of PVC was investigated by Uv-vis spectrophotometer and thermogravimetry at the same time.The experiment results indicated that:there were remarkable synergism and excellent comprehensive thermal stability when Ca/Zn has the ion ratio of 2:1,PDOP and ESO has the mass ratio of 2:3;The join of LDHs can improve the transparency and prolong the time of thermal stability for PVC.
