职工持股制度是一种融所有权制度、股权激励制度和企业治理制度为一体的制度创新。我国职工持股制度对产权改革,调动职工积极性,参与公司治理,稳定社会起到较大作用,但推行中遇到了很多问题。应统一法律规范,建立统一完备的职工持股法律体系,允许鼓励地方企业积极探索。

Employee stock ownership system is an innovative system combining ownership system,equity incentive system,and corporate governance system.In our country,employee stock ownership system is of bigger effect on reforming property rights,mobilizing the enthusiasm of workers,participating in corporate governance,and stabilizing society,but there are many problems in pushing forward it.We should uniform laws and regulations,establish a unified complete legal system of employee stock ownership,allow and encourage local businesses to make exploration actively.
